Talk & Play is back, but in a different way! Four NEW sessions are planned for August and September- each with their own unique book and over-arching theme. Sensory-rich activities have been designed by a speech-language pathologist to support your child's language, social, and play development.

On August 27th...We're going under the sea at Deer Park in Westminster, MD! Come ready with your fishing and snorkeling gear- between 10 and 11 am, we'll be reading "The Pout Pout Fish," fishing with friends, playing in water, popping bubbles, and making our very own jellyfish! It's guaranteed to be a fun time.

*NEW- "Take-Home Kits" are available (not required) for purchase to expand your child's experiences beyond our play group. These are $20 and include: "The Pout Pout Fish" board book, a fish art activity, and a sea-life matching game. Take-Home Kits can be purchased during check-out.

Children ages 2-4 years (and their caregivers) are invited to participate. Suggested ages can/may be flexible- contact the event coordinator (Megan Myatt) with questions.

Talk & Play groups are inclusive- no pre-requisite skills required. Rain dates are TBD, but generally occur the day after the scheduled event OR an alternate weekend is suggested/scheduled. Nut-free snacks are provided!
