Build Your Regulation Toolbox!

Growing Together: Speech-Language Therapy, LLC and Mindful Movers & Makers are teaming up to bring you a fun, engaging, and supportive playgroup: 

Build Your Regulation Toolbox!

Support your child’s language, social-emotional, and play development through mindful and sensory-rich activities! Together, we will design and fill a toolbox with items and strategies for regulation- this will be yours to keep! 

Our group is inclusive, appropriate for children ages 3-7* (and their caregivers), and held in a unique outdoor space. Together, we will: 
  - Read engaging books about emotions
  - Learn strategies to regulate our emotions
  - Enjoy fun games and activities
  - Get silly with music & movement
  - All snacks and materials are included!

Your family will leave with information about emotions, tools for regulation, and ideas for future projects (and your toolbox of course)!

All sessions will be held at Charlotte’s Quest in Manchester, MD on the following dates:
  - Sunday, September 13 at 3:00pm
  - Sunday, September 20 at 3:00pm
  - Sunday, September 27 at 3:00pm
  - Sunday, October 4 at 3:00pm

It is recommended that you sign up for all 4 groups to create the full toolbox and gain as much information as possible!
  - The cost is $30 per session OR
  - $112 for all 4 sessions (a savings of $8!)
